New Year Resolutions At midnight, after screaming “happy new year”, hugging my friends and enjoying the fireworks; my friend turned to me and asked “What’s your new year resolution ?”. I looked at her and said “I am tired of making a new year resolution every year and quitting after a while, this year no resolutions for me” I now realize this may be the saddest thing ever. How can a person even outgrow new year resolutions? I look back at that night today and finally decide to correct my mistake. If I make it before January ends, it still counts right? The reason why new year resolutions are important is because they can provide clarity for our goals. Clarity I realize is what I lacked. Time to make up for it now I guess. Goals may be short term or long term. Your goal may be important to you while it may not be significant to others. Example, my goal for today was to drink 8 glasses of water. It may seem minor to others but all the same, it was a big deal for me. Even so, making...
